At The Pamper Palace, we are committed to providing fast, reliable and efficient delivery services across Australia.
Order Dispatch
All standard orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed.
During peak periods, promotional events or holiday seasons, dispatch times may be slightly extended due to increased order volumes. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep you updated throughout the process.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding NSW and National Public Holidays.
Tracking Information
All eligible orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery progress at any time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
